Ms. Kayla Negron
Center Director
Hello FPLC families! I’m Kayla, and I am the director here at First Plymouth Learning Center! I have been in early childhood education for almost 7 years, starting out as a preschool teacher and slowly moved my way up the administrative ladder! Shaping young minds and watching them grow has always been a passion of mine, and as I spent more and more time in the classroom, I fell in love with mentoring teachers to support them in becoming wonderful educators as well. My philosophy is that children are only as happy as their teachers are, so advocating for teachers and the amount of support they deserve is always at the forefront of my priorities. I absolutely adore running this school, and I couldn’t be happier with the wonderful community we have surrounding us here at FPLC!

Ms. Anna

Hello! My name is Ms. Anna. I am a resource teacher here at FPLC, where I have had the privilege of working with all age groups, from our Brave Bears to our Positive Pandas. I have also had the opportunity to fill in as a lead teacher when needed in any classroom. I am very passionate about creating a safe and engaging environment where each child can learn and explore! I am so happy to be a part of the FPLC crew.
Ms. Ashley
Resource Teacher
Hi, my name is Ms. Ashley. I have been in childcare for almost 2 years. I have lived in Colorado for 17 years but am originally from Kansas. I have worked in childcare for about a year and a half, and I truly enjoy teaching all ages. I love helping all of the classrooms with whatever tasks they may need, and jumping in to support the kiddos. Seeing each of the children's smiling faces as we greet them each day is why I love being a resource teacher. I am excited to help your little ones explore the world around them and help them find who they are as an individual.
Ms. Eli
Resource Teacher
I’m Ms. Eli and I've been working at First Plymouth as a resource teacher since 2023! My most recent project has been getting our library up and ready for action which I've been looking forward to for a while! I also support the school by being a fixer upper, and a jack of all trades. I support my teammates by stepping in as a teacher, fixing broken toys and furniture, finding lost items, and giving hugs when our friends are extra sad. I am so happy to be a part of the FPLC family!
